Before we start.
How much does a website cost?
It depends on what you need: a landing page, a business website, a multilingual site or an online shop are different projects. Together with your preview I send you a precise written price: fixed, with no hidden costs and no monthly fees.
Do I really see my website before paying?
Yes. I study your business and send you a preview of your new website to look at on your phone, with the price. If you like it, we go ahead. If not, you owe nothing.
How long does it take?
I reply within 24 hours and your preview arrives within a few days. Once you go ahead, most websites are live within one to two weeks of receiving your material: the exact timing is in your proposal.
How do I pay?
In two parts: a deposit once you've seen and approved your preview, and the balance only when your website is live and you're happy with it. Payment is by bank transfer in euros: the payment request shows the exact amount, which you can send from any bank or app such as Revolut, Monzo, Starling or Wise.
You're based in Italy. Does that make a difference?
Not for you. Everything happens remotely by email and WhatsApp, in English, with everything in writing. Italy is just one hour ahead of the UK and Ireland, so I'm available during your working day.
Are there any monthly costs?
No. No subscriptions and no monthly fees: hosting is included. The only recurring cost is the yearly domain renewal, usually around £15–20, and I'll remind you before it's due.
Can I edit the site myself?
Your site is custom-built, with no dashboard to learn: that makes it faster and more secure. I make the changes for you, and small ones (opening hours, a price, a photo) are free. If you need to manage products yourself, I'll suggest the right online-shop setup.
I already have a website or a domain. Is that OK?
Yes. I can redesign your current site and keep your domain, or register a new one for you. I take care of the whole technical side.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
We refine it together until it's right, within the agreed scope. You only pay the balance when the site is live and you're happy with it. Full conditions are in the Terms.
